Do You Ever?

Do you ever think about pulling over when we do our thing?

I mean… I know you won't. I know in all likelihood you can't. Between having a schedule to keep, and the fact that it's a major thoroughfare, and besides, who knows who would see…

But… do you ever think about it? Or… think of maybe stopping at the next coffee shop along the way, hoping to catch me as I pass the door?

If the roles were reversed, I would think about it. Every single time.

But would I do it? I guess probably not… not if I had a schedule to keep.

Ah, well.

Hopefully one day, we'll just be able to meet openly for coffee. Or lunch. Or dinner. Or just… be together whenever we please.

I can't wait.
